Our skilled nursing community serves 150 residents, providing short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and long-term care with a particular focus on individuals who are deaf, deaf and blind or hard of hearing. One of only five organizations in the nation offering these specialty services to older adults, CCEC is widely known across Ohio and in other states for its commitment to resident-centered care.

Fast Track Rehab
When you experience a setback due to injury, illness or planned surgery, our Fast Track Rehab program gets you back to doing what you love faster. Our highly skilled professionals provide comprehensive and supportive rehabilitative care to help you build strength and put you on a path to recovery.
